60 minutes live morning yoga session (Monday to Friday)
10 minutes of breathwork to relax the mind and ease tension, followed by 10 minutes of yogic wisdom and Q&A to make philosophy practical. 40 minutes of Hatha Yoga to build strength, flexibility, and balance.

Learn simple ways to bring yoga into daily life, from quick mindfulness pauses to a balanced approach to challenges. Through stories and discussions, explore the 8 limbs of yoga as a living philosophy, gaining timeless tools to stay centred and joyful.

Every session is recorded and shared with you until the course ends. Catch up on missed classes or replay sessions to practice poses, breathing, or meditations. These recordings help you stay consistent and progress smoothly through the program.
