What's Included?
1. Live Morning Sessions with Dev Raj Thakur Begin each day with a 60-minute live session from Monday to Friday at 6:00 AM IST. These sessions are a balanced blend of Asana, Pranayama, Japa, Meditation, and mindful movement—designed to activate your body, calm your breath, and sharpen your awareness. Each class builds gradually, allowing both beginners and experienced practitioners to grow with steadiness and ease.
2. Spiritual Teachings from Ancient Texts Alongside the physical practice, you’ll receive rich yet practical insights from the Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali Yoga Sutras, and Hatha Yoga Pradeepika. These teachings are shared in a grounded, easy-to-understand way—helping you connect with the deeper essence of Yoga beyond postures.
3. Integration of All Four Paths of Yoga This Sadhana is rooted in the four classical paths of Yoga—Karma Yoga (selfless action), Bhakti Yoga (devotion), Jnana Yoga (self-inquiry), and Raja Yoga (discipline and meditation). Each week explores these paths through practical exercises, reflections, and daily intention-setting—bringing holistic transformation to both your inner and outer life.
4. Complimentary Yoga Sadhana Kit To support your daily Sadhana, you will receive a carefully curated Yoga Kit, which includes: A Neti Pot for nasal cleansing and breath purification A Japa Mala to deepen your mantra practice Eye Cups for eye cleansing and Trataka meditation A Pocket Bhagavad Gita for daily reading and reflection This kit removes obstacles and helps you stay aligned throughout the journey.
5. Recordings of All Sessions Life can get busy—we understand. That’s why all sessions will be recorded and shared with participants daily. Whether you miss a class or simply want to revisit a powerful session, you’ll have full access for the duration of the Sadhana.
6. Private Supportive Community You’ll be welcomed into a dedicated Sadhana group, where you can share your experiences, ask questions, and receive regular prompts from Dev ji.
