60 minutes live morning yoga session (Mon to Sat)
10 minutes of breathwork to relax the mind and ease tension, followed by 10 minutes of yogic wisdom and Q&A to make philosophy practical. 40 minutes of Hatha Yoga to build strength, flexibility, and balance.

Learn simple ways to bring yoga into daily life, from quick mindfulness pauses to a balanced approach to challenges. Through stories and discussions, explore the 8 limbs of yoga as a living philosophy, gaining timeless tools to stay centred and joyful.
